If your preferred home is in stock, it will be scheduled for delivery upon receipt of full payment. Orders placed typically have an estimated lead time of three - four months from the deposit date. Additionally, we receive deliveries regularly and can provide you with upcoming delivery stock and timeframes.

Although we don't offer delivery services directly, we can assist in coordinating with local delivery companies. Typically, a hiab truck is required which can cost approximately $200 per hour for deliveries in the Bay of Plenty area, though our homes can be delivered anywhere in NZ.

Our Ultimate Escape model comes fully assembled and ready for use, however our other homes are 'expanders' and require installation. This process is relatively quick when you enlist the services of skilled tradespeople. We recommend engaging a local installer with the necessary skills to complete the work, preferably an LBP Builder or equivalent. We provide both online video and manual instructions for guidance. The homes come pre-plumbed and ready for Electrical fit off. The buyer will need to complete the fit off at their own expense. As we delivery homes throughout New Zealand, we do not provide installation services directly. All designs are compatible for holding tanks or council connections. Power leads are not supplied and can be purchased separately from most hardware stores, such as Bunnings or Mitre10.

For units under 30m2, without a kitchen or bathroom, no permit is typically needed. You only need to adhere to local regulations regarding proximity to neighbouring properties. For homes over this size, with a kitchen and/or bathroom, that will be used for anything other than as a caravan, it's crucial to consult your local council to understand what is required. Each local council varies in its standards and regulations, we advise seeking individualised guidance on this matter.

Our homes do not come with a Code Compliance Certificate (CCC), but various aspects of the homes meet the Building Code standard.

We provide a three year structural warranty, subject to client use and care. A one year warranty on fixtures and fittings is also included. For further information, please refer to our full Terms of Trade.

We recommend ideally flat, level and sturdy ground conditions. Alternatively, timber, concrete or steel piles can be utilized for the foundation. An engineer's report may be required to ensure structural integrity. Additionally, we offer trailers for specific homes and can recommend foundation contractors depending on the location.

We do not provide a gas or electric water heater with our bathroom inclusive homes. They are set up for Gas to be installed in NZ by a local Gas Fitter. We do not include an air-conditioning unit however these can be added by your local supplier.

In some cases, yes. Our 74m2 Ultimate Custom model can be configured to your preferences. You can choose between 1, 2, 3 or 4 bedrooms, as well as adding a kitchen, bathroom and laundry. While we have specific design requirements to adhere to, aspects such as exterior cladding, interior colors, and electrical features can be customised on some of the other homes.

While we don't directly offer off-the-grid packages, our homes are designed to accommodate them. We can recommend contractors in certain areas who can assist with incorporating off-the-grid solutions into our homes.

In stock items: 10% deposit to hold stock item and then 90% within five working days (or as agreed) and delivery can then be booked.

Deposits on orders, this includes stock due for delivery: Upon confirming order, a deposit of 50% is due for payment with 50% balance invoiced two weeks prior to arrival of your products.
